As we continue in our first full week of Lent we hope that you join us tonight at 7pm for Edge. Tonight we will talk about the effects of original sin and how we impact those around us with out actions.

Had such a great time at the pool party that we decided it would be best to learn how to really dive into our faith!

This week we will be visiting the Federal Way Community Center from 6:30 to 8:30. The cost is $5 and permission slips will be available and collected at the door.  We hope to see you there.

From the north:

From I-5 southbound, exit at #143 (South 320th St.).
Turn right onto South 320th St., and continue for 0.9 miles.
Turn left at 11th Place South, and then right onto Park Road.
When you reach South 333rd St., turn right at the stop sign.
Drive 0.1 miles and turn right into the Community Center driveway.

We had a great first week back after the break and the core and I are looking forward to another excellent week of Edge.

This week’s meeting will tackle the issue of body image for teens and raise awareness of the false standards that we set ourselves against.

Welcome to the New Year, we hope to see you all at our Edge meeting this Wednesday, January 4th at 7 PM. We will kick off this year by learning about living in solidarity with one another and practicing what it is we preach.
